Our Condo
Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect place to relax and unwind right on the beach. You can sit on the balcony, listen to the waves, and watch the most amazing sunsets every night. It has a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, and comfy living spaces — so whether we want to cook a meal, hang out, or just enjoy the view, we feel right at home.

From the balcony, we can enjoy stunning views of Palmarito Beach and the expansive Pacific Ocean. You can see up the coastline all the way to Bahía Roca Blanca, which is about 18 kilometers away. It's the perfect spot to watch the waves roll in and simply unwind.
Watch Wales and Beautiful Sunsets
From the balcony of our condo, you can often spot majestic humpback whales migrating along the Oaxacan coast, especially between December and March. As the day winds down, the sky transforms into a breathtaking palette of colors, offering some of the most stunning sunsets over the Pacific Ocean.

Future Pool
Although we have a gorgeous ocean view, if you look below, you'll see the concrete pour for a future pool. While there is no set timeframe for completion, this exciting addition will eventually enhance our community’s amenities.
